Easing ourselves out of LOCKDOWN

Coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted all aspects of our lives, including how we conduct research, support clients, and deliver teaching. We are trying to adapt quickly in changing and uncertain times, whilst maintaining some semblance of work-life balance. We have heard of (and engaged with) some really encouraging strategies for staying well while physical distancing including:
connecting virtually with friends and colleagues
engaging in activities (big and small) that bring us joy
building flexible work routines
In the coming months, the MHPN committee are more determined than ever to engage with and support our members and expand what is already a supportive, informative, and enriching community.
Our first strategy to meet this aim is to launch a COVID-19 blog series which we will upload to our website (www.mhpn.co.uk), and promote in our monthly newsletter and on our social media platforms (@MidsHealthPsych).
